"Been coming here for awhile since Mandy left. She was the best and then she moved out of state. :-( While Helen is accommodating with her schedule and she does do a great job with nails and pedicure, I feel like it is time to move on to another nail salon. I made an appt and was on time and I was there for 1 1/2 hrs for just soaking off of nail dip and then a dip refill. This should only take 40 min. She was on her cell phone a lot and I didn't feel relaxed. I came very close to walking out. I feel like there is a bad attitude at times as well. The place is looking unclean lately. Very sad!"

David did my nails and he was a perfectionist, he didn't finish until he met my expectations. Mandy and Helen did great on my friends' manicures and pedicures. The prices were very affordable and the service was fantastic."

"I have been coming here for several years. I only go to Debbie. She is pretty amazing. Her work is perfection. If she is not there I rather re-schedule with her. The owners are also quite pleasant. I have only had one not so great experience and that was because it was the one time I decided to not re-schedule and go with another staff member. She was kind and personable but her work was not as good. Outside of that one experience, I have nothing negative to say about Lovely Nails!"
