Love the conversation and the follow up treatment. Employees are trained well and very respectful. Did a good job removing the old caulking and replacing it. "My experience with NuBath has been a nightmare. The installer, Mike did a lousy & unprofessional job of caulking the bathroom. He scheduled appointments then never called or showed up & didn't respond to texts or calls in a timely manner. Mike was rude & always in a hurry to leave... I complained to Nu-Bath & they did nothing.. I would NOT recommend this company.."
