"Dbest did my living room floors about 10 years ago. Was very happy. Then to this present time I needed some changes to the rest of my floors and bathroom conversion . I had contacted several places to give me estimates and some of their representatives not too nice. I called Dbest and glad they had the same owner Dario. He came to my house and gave me an estimate and we signed the contract. On construction day Dario’s people came and they were very nice and friendly. At the end of construction as always was very pleased with their service and finish product. Now my house is so beautiful especially my bathroom . The price to do the whole work was very reasonable. Really D best! They live up to their name My husband and I were treated like family in top of that . If you need your house done go to Dbest first. You will not regret it."

"I’m severely disappointed by this so called “D’Best…” company, run by a family that sticks to each other’s lies. Henry is one of the co-owners and seems nice initially but will fool you at the end . I have hired them to perform a small size bathroom remodel and when I saw their showroom I liked the materials, they stated that they will start work in two weeks after payment receipt- that was beg of August . We are now in October and still bathroom is not finished. They claim they don’t paint walls( it’s not in the agreement), they claim the metal edges on top of tile is what I agreed to( I did not). They are rude, they lie to customers, but worst the quality of services sucks. They took close to 16k (outside extra costs that we had to pay for toilet, doors, etc elsewhere) for this project and the bathroom still is not finished and we can not use it. We now have to do wall painting and fix the cheap looking metal trim on the tile. They only hired 1 overworked worker (for the most of the project) and withheld the rest of the money . They were supposed to provide door frame measurements after Henry’s initial visit to our house, but now he’s like “Just go buy it ..” without providing exact measurements. I will give them a chance to redeem themselves at least with door frames and shower door( before pursuing other routes) and most definitely will update here and other places how it ends . I would not recommend them to anyone seeking bathroom or any other remodeling as I feel ripped off and scammed! Update: Pretty predictable response based on their previous angry responses to other negative reviews- claiming that they have not been paid- which as stated previously - false statements. To date they have been paid close to 16k. As per our agreement final $1500.00 should be paid after the shower glass door is fabricated and ready to install- I have never gotten any notification from them that it was ready, only after I posted this review yesterday they claimed I owed them money... they attempted to threaten me that they will not complete the job if I don't remove this review. They have sent me some angry replies but yet still failed to reply and provide the available dates of when the shower glass door will be installed .I am still waiting to hear back from them re/the dates before making a payment of $1500.00. Will post another update soon Update#2: Henry you need to stop lying and continue insulting and defaming customers who paid you thousands of dollars - the addenda to the agreement was provided in writing by you on 9/14/22 ( and I will be happy to post the copy of it). You have not notified me until the day this review was posted that the shower glass door was ready to be installed. On top of everything you have all of sudden changed the amount from $1500 to $1731-by doing so you have breached the contract.The bathroom is still not finished, looks like a construction site-photos speak volume. Scam all around! I should have read all of the complaints about this business--BEWARE!!!"

"Had a great experience working with Henry at D'Best. Very patient and knowledgeable. Star installed my flooring in 5 rooms and did an amazing job and very nice and easy to work with. I would recommend both to anyone looking for new flooring. I will use them again when I'm ready to do the other rooms."
