"I stopped in early evening to pick up a few items a few nights before Thanksgiving. There were two employees in the store. One employee was behind the counter mixing paint. The other person was on his phone having a personal conversation relating to personal plans for pending holiday. Not only did he not acknowledge my presence or say “I’ll be right with you”, but he crouched next to the register to further ignore me. The employee mixing paint finally stopped working to assist me with my purchase. When I addressed the gentleman on the phone (once he ended his personal call), I expressed that it was poor customer service. He failed to apologize, and here is the iciing on the cake! - he picked up his phone and placed another call!"

"Maybe I came on a day where these 2 men didn’t care but the reviews I saw on here compared to the service I received was completely opposite. I came in knowing exactly the color I wanted after months of picking colors. I was unaware of the brands and cashier Keaton really felt bothered to have to explain and sighed heavily when asked the different and the price difference. When I picked the brand he then said “Oh I don’t have that one” (he didn’t even bother to look prior to) Other folks came in and the other cashier pointed to the items those folks were looking for rather then guiding them to it and helping them out. The store is not that big. He instead stood behind the counter and was watching football on the TV. Poor service for this location"
