"We are loyal customers since this location is just five minutes from home. But last week I stopped to get batteries for my storm lantern and the staff couldn't figure out what kind I needed by me just telling them they were 1.5 volt. They told me to come back and bring the lantern. Today I get there when the store is basically empty but the only employee doing customer service is busy helping someone. I patiently and courteously stood for a while waiting for her to finish but the customer needed other things and she had to walk deeper into the aisles. The cashier who had noticed me standing there finally asked if help was needed then made an announcement for help. I continued to stand, pace and wait until I thought..this is enough. I walked out and told the cashier I didn't think I would be back a third time for what I needed. She did apologize. Drove to Harbor Tools on Howell Branch and an employee was available as soon as I walked through the door. She was so sharp and customer oriented she even opened the battery pack and placed the batteries in my lantern. What a pleasure it was. Moving forward I will only stop by Ace if I know what I need. If I need help or assistance I will take my business somewhere else even if it's a few miles away. Here is the lantern ready for use but not thanks to Ace Aloma."
