He doesn't know what he's talking about. Plus, if he's willing to order online at MMC or amazon, then why can't he order online at Fastenal? What a karen."
"Management doesn't act like they want anyone's business anymore...they used to be a go-to for specialty type tools, but last visit they acted like it was a massive inconvenience to assist a walk in customer, with an account, and this visit they did the same, but now they're cutting their walk-in hours and trying to push people to phone or online orders....seems lazy to me... Order on Amazon or McMaster and don't deal with these clowns...."
