"I will certainly go back to get the supplies I need here. Prices are good and they had everything i needed. Tyler at the sales counter was A+ too."
"I was scheduled for an interview with HR. When we scheduled a phone screen I we spoke for a little over an hour this was a typical phone screen. She then scheduled me for a face to face interview I arrived to the Jacksonville location and noticed there wasn't one minority (black or brown) face in the area that we walked through. I then spoke with the same young lady I spoke with on the phone for another 30 mins. She then proceeded to bring in the HR Manager and the Training Manager. We spoke for about 45 mins and then she came back and the questions seemed laced with micro aggressions regarding my temper. The whole angry black woman thing. But I decided to dismiss those concerns. However, to find out more about the diversity in the company I decided to bring up my diversity programs I created with other companies to find out if they were diversity focused and nothing. The answer was we don't focus on diversity we post a job and hire based on that. During the conversation with the HR manager and the Training Manager they advised me there were a few steps to the interview process and that if selected I would be brought in to speak with the VP and them again. For the life of me I couldn't understand my I would need to speak with them again but I said ok and awaited feedback. I had to follow up a week later for an update. She stated that she wanted to bring me in to speak with the VP. That was fine. I arrive and I was there for 3 hours. At this time I was given a tour still no minorities. I spoke with the VP and they asked if I had time to speak with the President. I was then taken to a room to speak with what would have been my direct report and the training manager. Finally one minority a recruiter but still no one in leadership was a minority. As she walked me out I searched and searched for any others in the business office and none. I decided to google them and found on glassdoor that I was correct in my suspensions multiple complaints in regards to lack of minority leadership. I decided to look closer at there website and I found a picture of the leaders and one black face. In that moment I knew the role would not be mine. 400 employees and one minority manager. How is that possible? She told me that Thursday she would call me the next day with her answer I didn't her from her until the next Wednesday via email that I was not selected and that was after I followed up 3 times. Not only is there a racial disparity with this organization the lack of consideration for 5 hours of my time to not be a woman of your word."
"As a former employee it was a great working experience and great pay. To me it was the management. Chad was rude and would talk to you any kind of way. Joe wasn’t helpful. He was just there to get his money basically. I had been harassed by 2 other coworkers and nothing was done about it. HR didn’t care anything about it considering they tried to contact me a whole week after I left. But overall this job built me to make me stronger. I enjoyed most of the customers!"
"Very slow unloading outside carriers. I had large items on my truck, very lightweight, and I was here over 3 hours. I lost my next load as a result of their slowness."
"Great place they have everything you need and very reasonable prices. I was quoted a price over the phone and when I showed up the gentleman asked if I wanted the American made or the Chinese made model. I'd only brought a certain amount with me so I asked the prices and I was quoted for the American made one with the better warranty and it ended up being just a little bit cheaper then what I was originally told. I will definitely be coming back here."
