"Only looked at Granite here, they have a very large selection of all levels of granite. Their approach is unique in that they send you to browse alone, with instructions to take pictures of the tags on slabs that you are interested in. This worked for me and I appreciate it. Just be aware that the way the slabs are held upright is a tripping hazard. It's fine, you just need to exercise caution."

"So i did acquire two lovely pieces of stone from this outfit on the recommendation of my fabricator. He recommended also, a composite sink which I saw there so I bought it. It’s probably the biggest mistake of my kitchen renovation because you can’t stop stains from forming on the bottom of this thing. I didn’t think it was tricky to remove stains, having been doing it for all the years of my life. But I can tell you that my 37-year-old cast-iron sink doesn’t have the stained this months-old sink does. When I called to find out, I was told I was cleaning it wrong. So now I’m stuck with an ugly stained sink in a newly renovated kitchen I waited my whole life for. It’s extremely upsetting. I really wouldn’t go here. They aren’t that helpful. Like the other people are saying. Probably because they’re not really set up for customers. They just deal with the fabricators. Go somewhere else."

"Amanda in the Jacksonville location is a fabulous salesperson. We looked at slabs up and down Phillips Highway and were met by people who really didn't want to have anything to do with us, the customer who is ultimately paying the bill. All they asked us was were we registered and did we have a fabricator as it was pretty obvious they did not want to deal with us. When we stopped into Ace Granite on a Saturday no doubt, we were met with a smile and true salesmanship. Amanda took us through the warehouse and showed us the various different types of products they carried and how the pricing was in tiers based on levels of quality. She was very helpful and gave us great insight into why chose one type of material over another. We were fortunate to find the slabs of our choice and Amanda secured them for us. We have been back subsequently and have had her place all the slabs side by side to so we could look at them and determine the best fit color and detail wise for us. We are excited about having our kitchen completed. .She's a great reflection on the Company she represents and we are thankful we ran into her that hot Saturday morning a month or so ago!
