"Im NicFle, owner & operator of ELITE MOBILE SOLUTIONS LLC! I traveled to Ocala location, as well as the Gainesville location to purchase this 3/4 electric impact for a job. Online and their system says they had them in stock, but when I arrived they could not find one to sell me. It is against store policy to sell the displays so that was not an option. So first thing Monday morning I drove to the Starkey location because I called the store and a gentleman said he had eyes on one and I asked if he'd hold it for me. Jim the store manager gave me 10% off for all the running around and wasted gas to purchase this product, so I saved 20 bucks in the long run to put towards fuel and I'm very pleased with their customer relations skills as well as being just an all-around good!
