"We have wanted to replace our shingle roof with metal for years. We've met companies at the Home & Patio Shows and visited some metal roof shops over the years but had basically given up on the idea. A friend/neighbor recently had a metal roof installed and their materials came from TriCounty Metals. We visited their Jacksonville location and are so glad we did. We met Lori Krieger and class was in session! Lori educated us on all things metal roofing. She was knowledgeable, professional and loads of fun. Her sweet cohort, Doreen Rael joined in for a bit and made our schooling even more enjoyable. Lori also took the time to show us actual product and comparisons in the warehouse and we are anxiously awaiting samples that she ordered for us. The time and customer service provided was the best we have experienced and we came away with information, resources for going forward and more answers than we've ever gotten before. TriCounty Metals website is also informative and we've enjoyed using their visualization tool to virtually see products on our home.
