"If you like customer service do not come here it is the last time. I'd rather drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to a different home Depot. No manager ever available to talk to. Corporate really needs to look at how this place is run. It's a real bad look for the company makes me want to switch to Lowes"

"Wasn't sure (by the name) if this was a full Home Depot but it turns out that it is. Found the Closet Maid shelf support brackets and concrete-use wall clips that I needed fairly easily (Wasn't too crowded either)...got some shelves as well and was happy to selfcheck-Out fairly quickly."

"Bought the wrong item here (a largr bench vise) and actually needed a much smaller 4” size vise to mount on my trucks bumper for work. I literally just walked outside checked it and then walked back in and grabbed the right item and began waiting in the return line behind 5 other people (we basically blocked the entrance door). Only one employee working there even though 5 others came behind her desk, saw the line, then walked off. Luckily for them the lady working the desk was fast so it was only a 15 minute wait (which is when i had time to write this review), Good job for that lady, bad for management not training the rest of the staff as good as her."

"This is an easy location for getting in and out and usually isn't terribly crowded. If you're looking for anything for home repair, you'll probably be able to find it here. The staff is usually pretty knowledgeable and able to help you locate whatever you can't find on your own. I do find the garden area to be a bit lacking in selection and high in price."

"Usually go to Home Depot because my Mom can't walk the store and Home Depot provides a mobile cart that is usually fully charged and in good condition for my Mom to drive. However on this past trip there were none available and was about to leave the store when a young male employee by the name of Jean Mark walked up and ask if he could help me in anyway. I explained that I needed a electric cart fore my Mom and some potted plants for my Mom but was unable to walk back for them. He not only went back and retrieved what I needed, but put them on a flat cart and moved them to the register while we waited for him. He followed us to the car and loaded them into the car for us also."
