"I bought thousands of dollars of plumbing fixtures from Wools in 2007. My kohler bathroom trim busted and was corroded when i went to replace the valve. It was discontinued but wools still had some. Kohler sent a letter to wools and the replaced the $400. trim at no charge. Kohler also replaced a trim in my bathtub. They have a lifetime warranty for as long as you live in the house and they stand by their products. I have a double sink and would have had to replace a lot of trim to match my whole house. I appreciate Kohler and Wools plumbing"

"Fourteen years ago, I got a Kohler faucet from Wool Kitchen and Bath. The faucet,which has a lifetime warranty from Kohler, broke, and I was instructed to contact the store.
