"I purchased a portable speaker through Kalektronics. One of the main reasons I purchased it was to bring to the beach and camping and have a fun way to play music. The battery was advertised to last approximately 6-9 hours. Within 45 days the battery only lasted 3 songs. I thought perhaps I didn't have it plugged in all the way and re charged it. Went to use it again after it was plugged in and charging for several days and gained a full charge. And again the battery only supported approximately 3 songs before it died and shut off. I contacted the company and they said they were only willing to do returns within 30 days. I assume and hope I received a dud and was hoping for an exchange. They were unwilling to work with me and offer an exchange or refund. I am very disappointed. I would not have splurged on what I hoped was a nice speaker just to only be able to use it plugged in. And even further disappointed with the customer service."
