"This company is horrible and fraudulent. I purchased a tile saw off their website for $4000. 3 days after the purchase I got an email saying my order was canceled. I called several times to see why my order was canceled and no one answered or called me back. I then emailed Mark to see why my order was canceled and he finally replied and said your order was flagged and canceled through their fraud system. That makes absolutely zero sense as the name on the credit card matched the shipping address perfectly. I told Mark I wanted the saw and there was no fraud. Mark told me to purchase the saw again and he would make sure the order goes through but he wouldn't reverse the original order. I told Mark that when I get my refund I will put the order through again. 10 days went by and I never got my refund. I emailed Mark 3 times and called his office 5 times and never got a response at all. I ended up having to call my credit card company and dispute the sale in order to get my refund. Absolute garbage way to do business with anyone, nevertheless someone trying to purchase a $4000 item from you. Seems like the only fraud going on was with Mark and his company!"

"Avoid this place, take your money elsewhere! I ordered 3 things, the P5 arrived completely open and had clear signs of use as well as a bad handle bushing which rendered it all but useless. The other items simply never arrived… after contacting the seller including photos of the open box taken by Fed Ex and of the wear/damages to the cutter, his response was that he honestly didn’t a problem and never even acknowledged that 2/3rds of the order was missing. This was followed by a dozen plus emails in which they eventually said they wanted to make things right… yet 6 plus months later, they have never sent the missing items or the part for the cutter. Not worth your time or money….. you’ve been warned"

"Received incorrect product for an online order and have been unable to get ahold of anyone. I purchased a Sigma 2G-14inch and received a significantly cheaper and lower quality model, the Sigma 7F. I have emailed multiple times and called multiple times without any response. Extremely disappointed with the lack of response. I understand mistakes get made but to not respond in order to make it right is extremely unprofessional. Do not recommend ordering from this company. Included are photos of product ordered and of product received. Edit—removed photos because my review wouldn’t show up to public."

"Response to seller: I'd like to clarify a few things. 1) I called the number you listed dozens of times without response. I really would have liked to speak with you. 2) Not only were the package and contents smashed, moldy, and water damaged, as previously mentioned, it was also missing several parts of the kit that should have been included. 3) The only thing sent resembling a return label was a printable label with your address. Despite many inquires, you refused to provide a prepaid shipping label and I had to pay an additional $180 to ship the package back. 4) Lastly, I had to call Amazon a total of 3 times over more than a week after the package was returned to get a refund. I ordered a Schluter shower kit from this company through Amazon. The kit arrived smashed, water damaged, missing parts, and had evidence of mold. All of this damage was beneath the tape applied by the seller. I requested a return and was denied a prepaid shipping label and had to pay nearly $180 in shipping. The seller would not respond to requests for the refund of the item or shipping. Finally, after more than a month, Amazon was able to refund the cost of the kit and shipping as the seller would not respond. I attempted to contact the seller dozens of times without any response. I strongly discourage giving this company your business."
