"I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Pretty Nails. My experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare. First and foremost, the staff at Pretty Nails displayed a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. Furthermore, the quality of their products/services was subpar at best. The lack of attention to detail and the overall sloppy execution left much to be desired.Moreover, the atmosphere within the establishment was tense and unwelcoming. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against patronizing Pretty Nails. Their unethical behavior and substandard service are not worth anyone's time or money. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a business that prioritizes integrity and customer satisfaction over underhanded tactics."

"I have been going to Pretty Nails exclusively for the past 5 yrs! I have the absolute best service there and have recommended that my family and friends go there as well! I have had all sorts of services done, from my eye brows to full mani/pedi! Everyone is awesome and friendly! NOTE: I just read the last review and I personally called and spoke to the owner! No such thing happened and that photo and post is a fake! FAKE!!! I know these people and like I said, it’s been 5 yrs of nothing but an amazing experience each and every time! People who post wack posts and submit fake photos have nothing better to do than ruin a small business! These people are honest hard working folks!"

"I went here a few weeks ago before a flight. I hated the way she did my nails. I told her the polish was too lumpy instead of smooth. She just rolled her eyes and said, “the polish is good”. When I asked to speak to the manager, the manager was no help at all. The polish started lifting in less than 2 days and I had to get them done again. I’m so upset I didn’t take a picture. I genuinely feel like they were so rude to me because I am a black woman. I’ve been getting my nails done for more than half my life and there’s simply no excuse for how unprofessional and condescending they were with me. DO NOT GO HERE, especially if you feel all ppl should be treated with respect."

"I would give it less than one start if i could!!! The worst nail experience and custumer service ever! That it left me shocked and speachless! It was my first time going to the salon since it near my house and it had some good reviews. I came in, it wasn’t busy morning. Nobody greeted me, I was standing until a lady who was working on someone’s hands yelled across the room covered by loud th sound “What do you want?” When i called before to book. I asked for a gel set. I looked at my nails and it was horrible! My cuticles wasn’t cut, my nails looked bloated and uneven. The nails polish didn’t go to all the way to the nail bed. I had a hair imbedded in one of my nails another nail wasn’t smeared. And had powder residues all over my fingers and some acrylic jamming Into my skin because by he didn’t bother to file it properly . This was my FIRST and LAST time going there! It’s totally unacceptable! I’m so disappointed because i was looking forward to it."

"I’d love to give a 5 star review, but unfortunately I simply can’t do to the lack of time management that was shown today. I wanted to do something sweet and take my grandma to get her nails done, I made an appointment requesting for both Ruby and John. Ruby did a fantastic job, and was very timely with her work(mind you I got a full acrylic set), John on the other hand, took forever to simply change the color of my grandmas gel polish. He had her sit there and soaking for at least 45 minutes while finishing 2 walk ins, then kept telling my grandmother “just a few more minutes” as he continued to cater to other walk in customers and disregarding the fact that we had an appointment. My grandmother eventually got tired of waiting because at this point I’d finished my full set and not one lick of polish had been applied to my grandmothers nails. Unfortunately we had to leave and my grandmothers nails were unfinished. Hopefully John will get better with managing his time, I do love Ruby’s work so I’d highly recommend her, but if you have a busy day ahead of you I would not recommend John"
