"Kim was so preoccupied with her personal life that my experience was ok at best. Nice shop with no atmosphere! She was on her phone most of the visit. I felt rushed as she needed to meet her friend for dinner. I left not only disappointed, but the clear coat she put on my nails was all bubbled up when I left. I was not going back to tell her as she was rushing out the door behind me.I do not treat myself very often, but it was my Birthday. I now wish I had gone somewhere else. If I were to treat myself again, I would not go back and would not recommend her to anyone."

"If I could give her negative stars I would. She does not clean her instruments .I got a fungal infection from her. Horrible service. She was constantly on the phone on top of it all. It must be her " friends " who are writing the reviews. Please don't go to her. I am complaining to the cosmetology people so she can be investigated. She been in her small location for 6 years and has not grown because she is not good"
