"If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff is absolutely rude and unprofessional. After soaking my nails for 20 minutes they tell me they don’t have anyone who knows how to do fake nails. Instead of immediately telling me. They had a girl working and only she knew but was not going to be available for a while! When I complained about why they did not immediately tell me this, they came up with lame excuses and never one apologized. They have no customer service skills and didn’t even provide a complimentary gift card to come back when a nail tech is available to help. Please don’t go here!"

"Always do a great job, and my nails are so strong after 1 hot-stone mani. The reflexology mani/pedi is great as well. Love the ambiance as well. I rarely get my nails done but always go here when I treat myself."

"The Vietnamese atmosphere and decor is explicit, everyone is very friendly and the gentleman at the first table on the right was very gentle while doing my nails. I was very satisfied."

"Randomly walked in yesterday on a whim after getting my haircut nearby. Didn’t read any reviews prior… wanted to formulate my own opinion first. Kim was my therapist and she was so sweet and pleasant. I got the $40 pedicure, which incl hot stone and paraffin wax AND a leg massage. Geeezzz it was so relaxing!! I even slightly dozed off in my chair. Lol! The atmosphere is sophisticated, beautiful, lots of cultural art on the walls including a beautiful display of musical instruments. Relaxing spa music is played rather than TV’s blaring or some random radio music. The hot towels are infused with essential oils I think… the aroma reminded me of gardenias in the spring. Not sure where the negative reviews are from… I always try to remember there are a lot of Karens out there and nothing will make them satisfied/happy. My personal experience was amazing and completely exceeded any expectations I had from previous pedicures elsewhere. Glad I found this place and definitely will be back."
