"Just the worst customer service I’ve experienced so far in any type of business. Rude and lazy employees, had to wait over an hour to get the truck loaded, and took me a lot of effort arguing with their lazy employees for them to finally do their job. They were expecting me to load the truck myself, and wanted their damn palet back. Don’t recommend this store at all"

"So my families home was damaged during the hurricane. Just able to move back, my sister and her husband flew in from MI yesterday. In attempt to assist them on this long process, I agreed to take their faucet to Fergusons to see if we could find a replacement bolt that was lost during the construction. I went to the bath and kitchen showroom, brought the faucet. They sent me to the parts counter on Laredo stating they close at noon. It was 1044am. I got there at 11am. When i got to the door after the long drive to get there, the guy was frantically locking the door and proceeded to waved at me through the window...I knocked on the window and he didnt acknowledge me standing behind the service counter.Then 5 mins later, when I didnt leave, he came out and said we close at 11am. I showed him the map i was given with the hours on it. I was not helped...terribly rude and non remorseful, complete disregard for me as the customer. Sociopathic behavior, he should be fired! I have never been treated so immaturely and rudely at any establishment. I wonder if he would have done that if i were a man? I would say no. This was the most overt disrespectful interaction I have witnessed. I am fairly certain he saw me drive up. I would like an apology and for this man to be disciplined. What a waste of my time and gas. This incident was not acceptable. Thank you sir for honoring this nurse on nurses day. You are a true gentleman, not..."

"A good deal of help from the experienced salesperson. In these days of shortages, he helped me find the items I was looking for. The prices aren't really marked, or I'm inexperienced in the way they do things. I decided not to worry about it and was suffering from serious sticker shock until I price checked the items I bought in two other places. Prices are completely compatible with others in the area. Sadly, everything just costs double these days..."
