"Allison promised she would call me back so that I could proceed to purchase carpet. After no call back, I called and left a message with another associate to have her please call me back so that I could order carpet. No call. I ordered from somewhere else and they will have it installed next week."

"We ordered new vinyl flooring from Costco on August 31st. We learned that this was the last day of a special sale from their installation partner, Gehring Floors in Fort Myers. They jumped through hoops to get the order entered and approved in time for the savings. And even though the normal lead time for installation is 3-4 weeks (if the flooring is in stock) they were able to install it the NEXT DAY due to a cancelation. The service from Gehring is awesome. Sydney Leete did an outstanding job helping us choose the flooring, processing the order and scheduling the installation. She is very knowledgeable but even more customer focused, polite, and friendly. The installers were Charlie & Ryan Yelvington. They were certainly the A team. Highly experienced, quick, clean and flawless installation. If you are thinking of flooring, nobody beats Costco and Gehring!"
