"**UPDATE** While the below was my experience, shortly after posting the review I received a call from the Branch Manager to thank me for my honest review and discuss my experience. So if you go to the store and have a similar experience to mine, ask to speak to the Manager because he appears to genuinely care about making things right** Terrible customer service experience. I originally stopped in to look at door handles (they have an extensive collection) and when I was there I noticed a door on display that I loved. I asked about the price and my salesman told me that he couldn't give me an idea of pricing without my door dimensions. So I left the store with his card and an agreement to email him the dimensions of my front door and he would respond with a price. I sent him the email, no response. Two days later I called to follow up on the email, he said he would look into it and get back with me. A week later, still nothing so I went back to the store to see him in person. Took my information (again) and said he would get back with me. No response. Called again a week later - was told he still hadn't gotten a quote from their supplier. Really? I've never worked so hard in my life to try to get a business to take my money. Finally decided to search online and found the same door at Lowe's - stopped there last night and was able to get a price on the door in about 3 minutes and placed my order. A month later, and I'm still waiting for my quote from Smith & DeShields."
