"This is the place that I work and hopefully retire from. Well I didn't retire from there I got another job maybe more money but all in all prefer is okay"

"As a contractor, I can not recommend this company. I have been working for 6 months to get an account, and I never received 1 phone call from the person who supposedly handles accounts even though I've don't the online forms. They force me to pay for the concrete at least 1 day in advance, and if it rains the day of the pour they keep the money and say "should have called to cancel earlier". They were a full hour late to my last 2 pours, which cost me $150 per hour to have a pump waiting on them to show up. I'm always on hold for 10 minutes to speak to dispatch. If for some reason you don't call to pay for the concrete until the day of the pour, they inform you that they "didn't hold the truck for you, and you have been bumped to a later spot". If you have an account and are pouring a foundation of 10 yards or more, I'm sure its a good company. But for those of us doing slabs and driveways they are terrible. They informed me yesterday of a 7.5 yard minimum (Usually 5 yards) and they tried to charge me $234 a yard ( Usually $135 -$150). If you need concrete Call Argos, Arnold Bros, or Quality Concrete. They are much better to deal with."

"Erika and Stephanie WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever had And this is not the first time. They work in the Concrete department. I had other clients complain about both of them. They need to take classes for customer service or find another Job. YOU BOTH HAVE HORRIBLE ATTITUDE!!!"
