"I HAVE HAD THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION @ LEE RD. VERY POOR KNOWLEDGE, UNABLE TO HELP WITH ME. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY ROOFING COMPANY. THE EMPLOYEES ALWAYS PLAY AROUND, THAT PLACE LOOKS LIKE A DAYCARE. EVERYONE HAS TOY ON THEIR DESK. CHILLING AROUND WITH THE CO-WORKERS. IT WAS A LINE TO WAIT WHEN I GOT THERE. THE PLACE IS GETTING WORSE THEN EVER. POOR MANAGEMENT. I WISH TO KNOW WHO IS ABOVE OF THE BRANCH MANAGER TO COMPLAIN DIRECTLY TO. THIS PLACE USED TO BE MORE SERIOUS, RESPONSIBLE AND VERY HELP FULL. THEY FIRED THE TWO HISPANIC LADIES THAT WORK HARD. I'M VERY SAD FOR THAT. I MISSED MAYRA AND KARINA."

"Flatbed driver here. I didn't have the same bad experience as the other reviews. Actually I had an appointment for the following day that was set by the shipper, and I loaded early enough in north Florida to same day it. Called and changed it to 2pm, got there at 1:20 and Victor (forklift op) had me pulling out at 2 on the dot. Their gate is right at the road so not really any overnight parking."

"Worse place I’ve ever worked at. People are rude. I put in my two weeks and the boss fired me the same day I put in my two weeks. I was one of their top employees and they didn’t show no employee appreciation. I would stay every day one to three extra hours after work to help out clean the place up a little bit, because no one will ever stay. Never got a single thank you at all. Worst management I have ever worked for. Job rating 1 out of 10."
