My wife and I walked in just to get a cost idea for 3 bedrooms.Jeff the owner gave us an extremely friendly welcome.With measurements in hand Jeff quickly gave us 3 price options.We felt they were very fair so we proceeded.Jeff walked us through the procedure and before we knew it Installer James was at our house with a check measure.We agreed at the price and our floors we installed quickly and professionally...Thanks to Direct Flooring...we will be back."
"Sadly our laminate flooring warped twice now after being relayed by direct flooring . We are so dissapointed with the product used and somehow the company are not claiming responsibility for the product being a problem . For this reason I would not recommend direct flooring . I am blaming the product as the second time we even installed a membrane between the laminate floor and the tile ."
