"I have been coming to this location before it was colony and was Brinker brown well since the name change my experience with this company has been a nightmare. Waiting 6 months on orders to having tools repaired multiple times and never fixing issue and being told well you never know what they are gonna fix when you send it off we just mail to 1 location and they do what they want..... why offer the service then. We offer tool repair but we won't fix your issue but make you pay to even get tool back"

"Milwaukee service center for Fort Myers metropolitan area. Next closest is Port Charlotte. Do yourself a favor and buy your Milwaukee, Makita, DeWalt, Bosch, etc. here. Same prices but a local business. Good people. Walked in with two Milwaukee 12Ah and one 9 Ah batteries that needed to be warrantied. Can't ship the batteries as a consumer, too much lithium. Walked out with a new Milwaukee 2441-20 (caulk gun) that was ON THE SHELF and same price as the big box store. They have tons of inventory - I'm partial to Milwaukee but they have Bosch, Makita, and DeWalt sitting on the shelf. They also had lots of consumables, hardware, hand tools, and other miscellaneous stuff. Fantastic store. Wish I'd known about them sooner."

"When you search for a Milwaukee Tool Factory Authorized service center this is the location that comes up for the west coast of Florida. ( The company name on the internet is wrong ) Colony Hardware is the business name now. We Brought a couple of Milwaukee cordless tools for service here. We are contractors for over 25 yrs and At first the staff was reluctant, almost turned us away. Which is truly unfathomable. Did not want to take the tools for warranty and process them. Ultimately they did process them for us. Once we got over the initial stonewall, things progressed as they should. Had they been more welcoming initially they would have gotten a better rating. We got them back a couple of weeks later The experience was good overall. Nice hardware for contractors and professionals. Thanks"
