"Very terrible service. I have gone in twice and both times a lady in her 60s (maybe the owner) was very rude. I went in looking for help with purchasing a new sliding door wheel and track and received no help at all. She wouldn’t even give me a price range of the product. The second time I went in, she didn’t let me finish my sentence before telling me “can’t do anything without the wheel.” Her eyes never left her computer to look at me. So I walked right out. I will never come here again."
