"Just seen the debate totally on the company’s side, you can’t please everyone but their business doesn’t deserve to suffer. Some clients think they are the professionals and when there own decisions are the causes of things like this, They want to bash and blame the company as the business owner said him self he can’t force his way in to finish a job if the client doesn’t want it in this case the client just wanted free work plus it looks like she pulled off the tiles to make it look even worse for the business."
"Here are some pictures of the amazing (NOT) job Tropical Tile and Stone did at my house. The installer wanted to GROUT the tile immediately after installing the tile (Thursday). I told him I wanted to wait until the following day so the adhesive had time to cure. I had never heard of grouting while the adhesive was still wet! After looking at the tile for a bit, I noticed some significant variation in a large section of the tile that I was not happy with. The "OWNER" said that it is what it is and that is the way the tile is. When the installer came back the following day (Friday) to grout I told him I was unhappy with the section of tile that didn't match and how much adhesive was in the grout lines. I wanted the work halted. That evening (Friday) at 7:00 pm, tile started falling off the wall! I went to the store today (Saturday) to address this and the OWNER told me it was my fault because I wouldn't let them finish the job! Can you imagine! Customer satisfaction does not exist with this business!"
