Miracle Nails

"This was just all around awkward. The place is literally disgusting. You can’t wash your hands in the bathroom… the chairs are literally filthy with dead bugs in them… hand written signs… no prices for pedicures or manicures anywhere. When I walked in I asked for a service and everyone just stared at each other. On top of that my pedicure was AWFUL… no lotion and what’s even worse is that she was digging into my nail and it was extremely painful I was pulling my foot back in pain and she kept holding it and digging!!! please just go somewhere else."

"I had a terrible experience. I asked for Randy, because I was told he is the best. But I was rudely rushed to someone else because Randy was booked. I preferred to wait but was told to just go to the other guy. I was given the worst service. It started off that he was rude to me and very short spoken when I was being very nice and showing him how I wanted my nails. I understand not everyone is talkative, but don’t ignore people. Come on! He the. Proceeded to roughly do maintenance on my nails. I explained that it was my first time here and I even said ouch a bunch of times and he didn’t say one word. He continued to be very rough with my fingers and my cuticles were bleeding. He was filing my cuticles so badly to the point that then looked ripped up. If anything you should soak the persons hand in water so that the skin doesn’t rip and bleed. This is not all. My nails looked sloppy. One side was so chunky while the other side was shaved down. I can say more about the quality…but it was bad. At the end he asked if I wanted to do my toes, I said no. Then he laughed and made a joke towards me saying “wow okay only 50% done wowww ok” very loudly. I awkwardly laughed and said don’t judge me. For such Terrible quality, I would never pay $42 plus tip. I’m never coming back, I can’t believe that is the type of service that is given in an area that is supposed to be nicer than other areas. I know the guys name that did my nails, but I don’t want him to get fired. Just beware, and speak up if someone messes up your nails that bad."

"I always used to go to a diff place in coral way and used to get charged an arm and half. Miracle nails has the best prices and they do a really nice job. Im giving it 4 star for only one reason. Every one hates each other in that place and its obvious. They stay talking bad about each other and honestly i go to do my nails to relax not to hear gossip , other than that its worth the wait"
