"HORRIBLE PLACE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. APPARENTLY THEY HAVE A STANDARD POLICY BUT CANT SHOW YOU IT LOL. I showed an inspiration picture and they couldn’t even get the nail shape right. The entire time the lady complained about how she needed to leave so maybe it was rushed. The manager is a straight up liar. I never spoke to her directly and states that I have. The ladies at the front have no respect what so ever. Never come here. Vanessa the front desk lady needs to get FIRED. Let’s also add how they began filing my nails and then proceeded to tell me they wanted to charge me again after they messed up."

"Charged $96 for a set that was uneven and not well executed. My request was elaborate however I should have been passed to another technician with the skill to fulfill my request, or told that what I am requesting cannot be done before services are rendered. Instead, I was asked to forgo several requests. The technician also made my cuticle bleed from the electric file on one finger in addition to cutting so deep into my cuticle that there are several cuts and piece of thumb missing from the side of my finger. Also, some nails were not painted or filed correctly, and as a result, have cured inward, resulting in me needing to fix it myself. I paid as to not cause problems but the situation overall was unacceptable. The staff appeared friendly but I would not recommend coming here."

"DO NOT GO HERE! Seriously. I have been here twice now because I live so close- the first time they completely messed up my hands, I had to go somewhere else the next day. Today, I went for a regular pedicure because I was desperate - I thought, how can someone mess up a normal pedicure? I was in there for over an hour and she told me she was finished when my feet looked like (photo below) — one part of my toe was round, the other was square…. I didn’t even recognize my feet lol. I asked her to make them even and she said she couldn’t. She attempted to file and she re-painted them 4 or 5 times, getting nail polish on my shoes, etc. I showed the manager this photo and she looked away. I asked for a discount because I was there for so long and received such horrible service. The manager very rudely said they would take $5 off and walked away. This place is absolutely unbelievable. It seems that their staff is mistreated and therefore does not care to put in any effort. Do not give this place your money."

"Unless you want something super basic, do not come here. They know how to apply an acrylic but ask them to shape it and they won’t know what to do. I will never come back here! My nails were absolutely horrible. She couldn’t do ombre, nor a French tip with another color, just basic stuff and she said no each time. These are not nail artists, just techs that know how to apply, but don’t ask for a real shape! I asked for square nails, look at this picture. Btw it was my birthday…I paid for that mess, had to go home and shape them myself with a regular nail file and they actually came out better. I only paid to avoid a problem, because I’m not from the area and you know how people can get. I was charged 75 for this, I was also supposed to get a pedicure but it took too long. She took almost 3 hours to do this, I sat down at 2:20 pm (appointment at 2pm) and left at almost 5."

"I AM DEVASTATED! I've been going to this place for about a year now and it's always hit or miss with the nail tech. Sometimes they're great and sometimes they're not so good but this time the nail tech was HORRIBLE. She filed my nails down to nubs. It takes me so long to grow my nails I waited almost a month for them to be nice and long enough to get a pretty gel mani and she totally butchered my hands. Not to mention the chunks of skin she took from me when removing the cuticles. I WILL NEVER GO BACK."
