"This placed pressure my 10 to daughter to get design on her plain nails while I wasn't listening and made me pay $10 extra . I walked in and they told me 32 for kids and lied until after I was done made me pay $52 for a small child nails. She yelled and get got rude and said don't listen to the workers because she did my child's nails and that was the price and threatened me to remove my daughter polish and tried to walk up on my child. I started to explain that the money is not the issue it's the fact that the price was changed during my service. I have worked with Jenny for years and now I will never step foot back in this salon after such bad treatment on blacks and children. The embarrassment me and my family so bad and charged me what they wanted then made me as black woman seem aggressive. Now I need a new tech and had to sooth my child from crying because her mom was yelled at and lied too. ASk THE PRICE THEY ARE LIERs"

"First time going before a girls trip, I've gone to the Venetian Nail Spa in Kendall (I believe they are associated, they look exactly the same when you walk in) so I thought it would be a good experience. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the nail tech Denise was very nice and sweet, I walked in didn't have to wait (I went early on a weekday). She gave a pretty good foot massage for the pedicure. But that's about it. I don't necessarily have any complaints about my pedicure (gel) which I am not as picky about. BUT my manicure was pretty bad. I did acrylic nails w/ gel and I went the Monday of the week before my trip and one nail didn't make it to Wednesday the following week. It fell off and then during my vacay 2 more fell off. This has never happened to me before. I mean even before that occurring I wasn't happy, the way the nail polish was applied was sloppy. The shape I asked for wasn't done correctly, some nails look fine and some done, it was inconsistent to put in better words (rushed). And my nails just looked weird and like thick. Either way, I probably won't go again. It was expensive too."

"I’m not sure if this should be a one star review or two? I recently had a pedicure with a very nice lady, however, during the middle of my pedicure, she received a phone call and started arguing with a company regarding a charge on an invoice. You can see the invoice in the chair beside of her. There was also a gentleman who was giving a pedicure to someone beside me and at times he was talking, laughing and joking with my pedicurist so loudly that border lined on obnoxiousness. It’s unfortunate… I’m sure both people are very nice people, but they aren’t aware of how their behavior and actions affect the professional and relaxing customer experience. It was not at all a relaxing experience. Lastly my pedicure/polish did not look good. The polish was applied to my cuticles and looked sloppy. I pointed this out and she attempted to correct it, but in the end they still looked bad."

"First time here, I came despite the reviews and I will say my dipped manicure came out nicely. I will give them a few more gos and update my review accordingly. I came around 11am during a weekday, not busy at all and quiet. I attached a photo- my nail shape is a little off but that’s just my nail. He did his best to even them out. The tall older gentleman did my nails."

"I never get my nails done so when I came here I really wanted to treat myself. Asked for a dip manicure. The guy doing my nails used the electric tool to do my cuticles and cut every one of my fingers. My fingers have been sore for DAYS and they scabbed over now. I really don’t recommend this place."
