"So happy with my experience from this company. Sure it's not complicated but I got the right treatment. The lady I called and spoke with was great at answering my questions and gave me accurate pricing. I believe her name was (Patty?) Thank you for your help and patience! I called back and place my order with a gentleman which also was a smooth process. They are REASONABLY priced and they didn't charge us an arm and a leg to deliver the rock to us across the bridge in South Punta Gorda. They were able to deliver quickly within a day or two we wanted Friday delivery, for a job to be done Saturday. They called me before the driver loaded up and verified the time which was accurate from the get go. Terry got her right on time- though I had flexibility. He called me when he got here and verified where to drop the limestone rocks off and that was that. My little ones enjoyed watching the dump truck from inside the house. Super easy process everything was perfect and smooth. I highly recommend this stone place. We will definitely use them again. Thank you all so much!"
"When I ordered my stone, I was told I would receive a call indicating a delivery time. I never received a call until the driver was sitting outside my house. Worst of all he was very rude. I was trying to lay a tarp on my driveway where I wanted the stone dropped, he just started backing up before I could get the tarp down. When he got out to unlatch the back of the truck the only words he said was " we have 2 trucks down so I had to bring the antique ". "We paid $200 for 3 yards of fill dirt, they delivered 1 good yard and when I politely said that doesn't look like 3 yards the driver was very rude and said "Where you from Boy" ... We have ordered from Ace Hardware several times and know exactly how much a yard looks like. Unprofessional and rude"
"Walked in with nothing, left with 4 beautiful boulders. They delivered and placed them perfectly in my yard the very next day. They are easy to find. They have friendly staff to answer your questions and so many rocks to boulders to choose from. I was more than satisfied, I was thrilled. Now to get the shrubs to fill in rest of yard"
