"I would definitely give this place a no star. I live in Homestead and my son has therapy for 2 hours in Kendall. I was trying to kill time and go do my nails while I wait for my son. I’ve been to several places before where walk ins are welcome, never have experienced that. The lady was very rude when telling me that they are appointment only. They should not have a sign outside welcoming walk ins if they don’t accept that. The place wasn’t all that clean either, but that just horrible customer service at least speak to the customer with some type of niceness/respect."

"If I could put “no star” on this place I would. I had the worst experience, I called Friday to make my appointment for Saturday at 1:00 pm. I arrive at this place before my appt time and the lady tells me that my appt is not at 1 pm , but at 1:30 pm. I decided to wait outside until 1:30 pm . When I get back in to do my nails the lady has the audacity to tell me that the guy that was going to do my nails left for the day and rudely stated that I should find another nail place to do my nails. Honestly don’t waste your time in this place! That is no way to treat a customer , especially when the first time it is suppose to be a good impression."
