"My husband found Roberts Brothers Construction via an internet search, and while the plan was to interview multiple contractors for our major renovation, we felt confident we should work with Nick after one phone call with him. His confidence, professionalism, knowledge and communication were all excellent and we were thrilled to be able to find a contractor that could take on our project and that we felt comfortable with. Our only regret was not being able to use them as our architect for the project, too. We weren’t aware that an architect/contractor company existed, and obviously having one team manage your entire project beginning to end is ideal. We were also managing this project from out of state, which puts even more responsibility on the contractor, and as I have already said- Nick made it clear how willing he was to be proactive instead of reactive from day one. He was prompt with his responses and patient with all of our questions and concerns, and after each phone call sent a recap email to confirm we were all on the same page and had our plan in writing for us to refer to. We were able to meet him once in person after several phone calls/emails and were again impressed with his professionalism and the way he carries himself and owns his projects. "We had a bedroom/bathroom addition done by Roberts Bros. and we are very pleased with the outcome. RB took care of the permitting and HOA approval, which was not easy, and made certain that they ordered materials, like doors and windows, before any supply chain issues could stall the order. They managed through subcontractor labor shortages, Covid issues and one instance of a supplier completely flaking out on them. When we pointed out where subcontractors had not conformed to our specifications, like the cut of the vanity top, RB took care of fixing the issue, including our entire punch list. Their craftsmanship is top notch and their pricing was a very good value. The project manager was very responsive and communicative. While the project took longer than we expected, it was an unusual and unprecedented year for the construction industry. I would very much recommend Roberts Bros."

"We hired Roberts Brothers for three separate remodeling project: 1. Laundry room remodel along with new kitchen pantry. 2. New Kitchen cabinets and counter tops, electrical, sink and plumbing. 3. Complete remodel of master bath, new vanity and counter top in guest bath and new vanity fronts, counter top, and shower door in our pool bath. All baths with new plumbing fixture, new front tile on family room fireplace. We spaced each one of these three projects over a four-year period. After receiving quotes from three different companies for the first project, Roberts wasn't the lowest priced company but we found them to be the best qualified to do the job right. We were correct and that's why we hired them again and again for projects 2 and 3 and did not solicite other companies.
