"I’ve been coming here for almost 6 years and there are no complaints. From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave the service is amazing. I gets my nails done by Emma and you can show her the picture and she recreates it amazingly. The staff is very kind and they will make the time that your there amazing. Definitely referring them to my family and friends."

"I’ve been doing my nails here for about two years and I cannot be any happier with the service. I’ve tried almost every tech and everyone is SO GOOD at what they do. My daughter won’t get her nails done if it’s not with Emma. We searched forever for a good place that we felt comfortable getting our nails done, and this is it! It’s a really great atmosphere and everyone is so nice. I love their appointment system because I know that I will not be waiting as a walk in and my tech will know beforehand what service I’m booking and know what time they will be spending on my services. I love that when I am undecided, my techs always give me their ideas and I am always happy with my nails. Thanks to the entire team for always going above and beyond. The owners treat their employees and clients amazing, and it’s always a fun time to go do our nails here!"

"I got my nails done here a few days ago. I was a few minutes late, well within the 10 minute grace period and when I greet my nail tech Marla, she doesn’t say Hi back or even smile at me. Immediately I’m put off, but I let it go. Unfortunately, her mood doesn’t change at all after this. After she’s done shaping my acrylics, she asked me what I’m getting done and as I’m taking my phone out to show her she says “but DON’T let it be french. I don’t have time.” I made an appointment. I wasn’t a walk in. She had plenty of time to let me know beforehand that she couldn’t do french. I tell her I DO want french, and she huffs, rolls her eyes, and stares at the nail tech next to her as if I’m not sitting right there. Totally and completely unprofessional. At this point I’m at the point of tears. Isn’t this supposed to be a relaxing experience? Why am I feeling like an inconvenience when I’m paying for a service? She does my pedi and chose to gossip about other clients and how they don’t tip well. I did tip regardless of her attitude because that’s just how I am, even if it definitely wasn’t deserved at this point. I also noticed the next day that my cuticles were sore and bleeding. I thought about giving this place another chance, but I’m good. I’d suggest having a conversation with your employees about being kinder to new customers. UPDATE: ALL my cuticles were cut up and all my nails had hangnails. Not from allergies, but from someone taking their anger out on my nails. Not okay. My toenail ended up completely splitting, and my acrylic nail also snapped in half a week later since there was NO apex on my nails. They are way too thin. I will never come back to this place, ever."
