"I’m rating the overall customer service because the tech that would do my nails is not associated with the customer service. I WAS a regular until one day that I had an appointment at 9am. I’m almost there and I get a call from my babies daycare that he threw up and had a sudden fever. I messaged the salon via IG since when I got the call from the daycare the salon was not open. Point period blank they charged me for services I did not get. They said I canceled at last minute mind you it was an emergency I even offered to show proof of doctors visit. They said they wouldn’t charge me if I went later that day, what part of I have a sick child did she not understand! Maybe so cause she one doesn’t have a child and two maybe didn’t thoroughly understand my English. Yet has the nerve to go public on IG to state she’s had horrible experience from a vendor she works with! MAM YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS SO YOU FOR ONE CANNOT SPEAK. Holla at me if you need a good nail tech!"
"Best place in Miami for Russian manicure. The last picture is after 4 weeks going on 5!"
"TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT GO HERE!!! The owner is AGGRESSIVE, Headstrong, UNETHICAL, and unaccommodating! Her positive reviews must be FAKE. That lady is honestly a disgrace to the beauty industry. Money hungry is an understatement. I'll start by saying that I've been getting my nails professionally done for the past 12 years. I have never received such POOR and aggressive service in my life. Let's start with my appointment. I scheduled a gel pedicure and a Russian luminary manicure for 6/1 @4pm - 6:30 pm with Enaili Delgado. Admittedly, after rushing from work and driving almost 45 minutes (including getting lost and this salon not offering help to redirect me), I was 20 minutes late for my appointment. I walked into the salon, washed my hands, and sat down to get my nails done. From the beginning, Enaili was subtly huffing and puffing as if she didn't want to do my nails. She advised that I wouldn't be able to get a pedicure done due to being late - which I accepted and understood. When I told her I would like a design, her response was, "did you book one because I leave at 6?" I responded by saying yes, and she did not comment. While soaking off the previous gel (which took well over 20 minutes to come off), I kindly asked Enaili if she could do a "polish change," not a pedicure, and she said she couldn't. So for 20 minutes, she sat in front of me on her phone, scrolling. For context, the luminary manicure with design had a time slot of 1.5 hrs. My appointment had a 2.5 hr slot. I did not get a pedicure done, so if she wanted to provide a simple polish change - she could have but didn't. Long story short, she finished my manicure, and I walked to the front desk, and the owner told me I owed $145. I kindly asked her to break down the price, and she told me she was charging me for the pedicure that I did NOT receive. I asked her if she could meet me halfway and at least provide a polish change, and I'd pay the total price of the pedicure - considering that I was late, but she refused. I asked if I could pay a late fee instead of the total cost for a pedicure, and she refused. I told her I'd never heard of such a policy and, considering that I kept them updated during my commute to the salon, that the ethical thing to do is to at least try to find a suitable medium for both the consumer and business. She refused and told me she would call the police if I didn't pay. I told her that I would leave a review of the terrible service, and she said and might I add, loudly, "I DON’T CARE; I DON’T NEED REVIEWS!” Welp, she called the police, and I told her to hang up and that I'd pay the total price, and she finally agreed to something I said (insert sarcastic emoji here). She ended up charging me $159.50 instead of $145. Remember, I ONLY received a Russian luminary manicure which costs $75. So, I paid an ADDITIONAL $84.50 for services I did not receive, and she could not account for it. Needless to say, I've called my bank to dispute this overcharge, and I will never return to this poorly, aggressively, arrogantly run "establishment." The owner is immoral, arrogant, and contemptuous. It's so sad that this salon’s poor level of service does not align with their prices but it definitely reflects their outlandish “policy.” I don't mind paying if the service is up to par and the quality is worth it, but sadly, this is not the case here, and you all deserve to know. STAY FAR AWAY❤️"
