"I went in this morning to look for some bearings and waited at the sales counter for some help. I could hear a man in the next office around the corner talking on the phone and after he hung up, I asked for some help. Nobody came to the counter or even acknowledged me. I could hear him typing on the computer and I again asked for some help in a louder tone in case they didn't hear me the first time. The man then stopped typing and tried to pretend like he wasn't there at all, so I left. It was a very unprofessional experience and I waited for over 5 minutes standing in an empty sales floor."
