"I left In tears! I got a pedicure here and it was a clean pretty looking salon. I was provided wine! One of the workers sat next to me and took a picture or a video of my feet being scrubbed and I left In tears I didn’t allow the lady to finish my feet. The other employee woman was sitting next to the lady doing my feet making jokes and laughing . I had tons of dead skin and it’s due to a medical condition. I’ve never seen employees act so unprofessional. It was the best pedicure I had too but I’ll never go back to this place I’ve never felt humiliated like this before"

"For my birthday I decided to treat myself and go to this nail salon for a full nail pampering. I wanted to do acrylic nails and do my toes with gel nail polish. Two days later my left big toe nail wasn't properly cured and the nail polish peeled off. The side of the toe is extremely uncomfortable and looks swollen and I hope an infection won't start either. My acrylic nails are also underwhelming. She was very rough when filing and buffing that I would have to brace myself. My nails look like tallons and I informed the nailtech of my worry and she told me it was normal, but in reality she just wanted me out of the door. Worst birthday present for myself ever! Also I am not going to call the store about my feelings when I KNOW they'll charge me to repaint the toe. Edit: I found said nails in my photo gallery. I learned how to do my own nails from covid so I immediately went home and fixed them. You’re looking at 70 dollars right there."
