"Was attended by Luz who stated she was the manager. Asked price to trim ends, no layers, was given $28. Waited while she was searching on phone with scissors in her hand. Asked if she preferred I came back another day. She said she was texting and looking for something and finally placed phone down. She asked conditioner treatment? I said No to the $18 conditioner. She then suggested rollers. I asked how much with the rollers, she says $33. I say ok. Under dryer kept telling her it was too hot. Kept me way too long under dryer. Waited again while she finished with other client who had her hair dyed but didn't seem very happy with the color results. Then they had issues with processing payment. Finally it was my turn. She did do a quick job with the cut but had to blow and use flat iron since her roller placement wasn't the best close to the scalp. Honestly it shouldn't take over 2.5 hours to cut the ends. It would be good for the owner to see length of time she spent on her phone. The other lady had more of a customer service relation. Anyways when I go to pay she tells me it's $66. What happened to $33? Therefore she charged me an extra $33 for rollers and burning my scalp/forehead under the dryer. Another customer had come in as she stretched her time blowing my hair. The client got tired of waiting and left. She ran to the door, chasing the customer who walked out. Stated customer said she'd be back but didn't return. Definitely the owner should watch this afternoon's video. Maybe it wasn't Luz's day. Definitely wasn't mine. Still I ended up giving her $70 w/tip. Anyone wants to guess the chances of me returning as a customer? Honestly I think she's a thief as she played off the confusion. I see the Owner responded to the review but I don't see any option to respond back. Would be great if they could see the chop chop she did to my hair. Still, Owner has my name and phone number as I signed their visitors book so if they really want they contact me as there's nothing stopping them but their fingers."
