"Mike is a very nice guy but a very talkative salesman. Would have liked to be able to look a bit more in showroom. The installers were ok but Mike made them out to be the best that ever was or will be. They showed up at noon after being told they would arrive by 9-9:30. They were holding coffees and immediately asked to use our bathroom. We had taken day off work and boarded dogs to allow for install. The guys did a small office and it looks fine. They continued to use bathroom even after asking them not to as we had plumbing issues. Ok experience but original estimate was very high for vinyl for upstairs and stairwell."
