"I don't usually spend time writing poor reviews on businesses and services. And before I even get started, let me preface by saying I usually have satisfactory service from this nail salon. However, today they have lost a customer. I called first thing yesterday morning to book my appointment for today (Saturday). I have a performance this evening and wanted a professional manicure and pedicure. I arrived about 10 minutes early for my appointment, and waited for 30 minutes before giving up and leaving the salon. I had informed the technician that I needed three nails soaked from gel polish. No one even attempted to start me off with that. I was just sitting. No one gave me any updates on the time, how much longer I would be waiting, or anything. I understand it is Saturday. But when I make an appointment and show up a few minutes early for it, I expect to be taken care of. I left the salon to go home and do my own nails. I am FURIOUS and will NOT be returning."
