"So sorry to interrupt Kyle from what he was doing to try to buy some paint…geez. When he finally finished matching my color (which was a perfect match or it would have been 1 star) and brought it to the counter where I was standing with several other supplies to purchase, he answered the phone and made me wait while he told the person that they called the wrong store repeatedly. Tip: When you have a paying customer standing there, put the freaking phone call on hold!! I’m trying to do a job and don’t have the time to sit there and wait for you to decide to finally take my money. Worst experience at Sherwin Williams I have had out of the many visits to many stores in the Tampa Bay Area"

"This is my second visit to this location (New Tampa)... each time as a customer I have felt like an interruption to the the staff. I listened to profanity & inappropriate conversation while looking for a sample color tile. Not one person ever walked forward to see if assistance was needed. When I asked if samples were sold, I was told yes, but nowhere else seems to consider a quart a sample size of paint. Perhaps it would be best to train your employees to say "no, but we do have quart size". Then perhaps the price of a sample would not be so questionable. Both visits were due to the companies I was working with preferring SW. I will not be visiting this location a 3rd time. Please address the lack of professionalism amongst your staff."
