"My review is almost identical to the other review. Our new roof has TAMKO products and is dripping like tar all over the place. It has been 11 weeks since we submitted our claim (which Tamko says should take 6-8 weeks total) and for 2 months now, our product has been sitting at the lab as they claim so they can find out why the product is not working. I don't care why it isn't working, I would just like it fixed so I can move on. You call the warranty department and Tammy could care less and gives you a brief uh-huh before she hangs up on you. Never Again. Stay away from these products and this company."

"Tamko has the worst customer service of any company I have ever had to deal with. They have a problem with their Moisture Guard Plus product. It has been over 6 weeks since their sales rep pulled samples and I can not get an answer on when the claim will be settled. Tar is dripping through the slats in the roof into a 95 year old women's garage making it almost impossible to use. The roofer told us there have been many complaints about the product. While writing this posting I received a call from their lawyer. He was going to have the lab expedite the testing of the samples but he didn't know how long that would take. He would get back with me when they new if it was their product. The roofing company only uses their product and their sales person knows this. What a way to run a company."
