They called and asked to come sooner, I said no, they called a week later asking to come sooner again, again I said no because I had already arranged my schedule with work. They called AGAIN and said I had to change it earlier or later, but the would not do the agreed on dates."

"The 2 stars are not for the work that was completed. They did a great job in installing the granite countertops in the kitchen. I was just upset at the fact that they left my sink and faucet not installed. They told me I should have done my research that they do not re install the sink or faucet after they take off. Also there was a gap between the countertop and table they came by and dropped off a crown molding expected me to put it on then after talking to the guy he said he would come by but he never did."

"I have now had 2 installers attempting to lay carpet in two bedrooms. One bedroom was laid but the other bedroom could not be laid due to the installers did not follow the install diagram and there was not enough carpet for the other bedroom. I am still waiting for the company to make this right. I have been waiting for 3 weeks to get my carpet. I am very disappointed in how this has been handled. Next Day - an installer, Arn, came after my first post and did a great job. He worked it where the entire bedroom was installed and the closet will be done when more carpet is ordered. I can’t say enough nice things about Arn."
