"I got like 5 things, and the 10 items or less self check out isn't even being used, but they said you have to wait in the long line for self checkout and when its your turn then you can walk to the open (10 items or less) self check out. That's not how the (10 items or less) line is supposed to work its design to get the ppl with a few things in and out quickly, so that they don't go to target or somewhere that has their stuff together."
