"Never again. This company went from great to awful within a few years. They have high-end appliances without high-end service. They try hard to sell, but once the sale is over, they make it quite difficult to contact them when there are issues...and there definitely are issues. We have purchased many very pricey items from this company. Several times the items arrived damaged or non-functional, and Ferguson's staff was never quick to remedy the issues. Thankfully there are plenty of other companies that carry quality products. *Update: I recently discovered that the response to this review I received was claimed to be from "the owner," when in fact it was the showroom manager. More deceipt. I would give zero stars if I could."

"STAY AWAY! Once they get their $ you’re DEAD to them! Bought over 200K in appliances/fixtures. Sold me a discontinued wine cooler that never worked. Rather than replace they tried to fix- it’s been four months, STILL WAITING! Sold me a beer dispenser with no drain!! No interest in rectifying their fails. THEY don’t even know how to use their fancy Miele appliances. No how-to videos from either the manufacture or Ferguson. Think about it… I spent over 200K with this company and I AM NOTHING to them. What chance do you think you’ll have⁉️Try your best to buy from someone else."
