"I have purchased from them before without issue...now I can't get anyone on the phone. They insist on using a chatbox with foreign agents. When they don't want to respond...they don't. 48 hours after placing order and I have no idea when the product will arrive to them, let alone when I will receive it...I am on a deadline and can't wait for an indefinite period for the product. Now I can't get a response to cancel the order...they keep telling me they are working on a lead time when I ask to cancel...I don't want a lead time ...I want to cancel the order.....crickets...credit card has been charged already....I would pay a few more $s and go with a less aggravating company."

"Horrible customer service (none whatsoever) and Horrible experience. Ordered and fully paid for X2 items about $700. I get notified x2 days later that X1 item is not available. I know nothing about the 2nd item.. They took my money, I can't get in touch with anyone to return my money and worst of all, its the wasted time that is frustrating... Beware people!!!"
