"Installed a warped front door. Had to wait weeks for replacement. Once install was scheduled, I called the day before to confirm appointment. 8 to 12 was given. no one showed up. Called at noon and the crew called, apparently they hd me on list for 2pm. No communication between them and office. Would not consider them to be a reliable supplier"

"If I could give this company zero stars I would. They are the most incompetent company I’ve ever worked with. Unfortunately we had to use them because we were dealing with warrenty stuff with our house and this is the window company they work with. We originally needed a panel of glass changed out. The first time the guy came he showed up hours after he was supposed to, dropped the new piece of glass and shattered it all over the bedroom and got blood in the room (he was ok thankfully!) Then I scheduled another appointment and I was told they would send a different guy but they sent the same guy to do the job again and it was a HORRIBLE job. I can send pics of what it looked like. It looked like a second grader tried to hot glue a window on. He was also late again. Then another guy came to fix that job but said he couldn’t do it because the first job was so bad they have to replace the whole window. So then today the guy came to replace the whole window and they put in one that doesn’t match. So putting in ONE WINDOW took about 3 months…. I had to keep taking off work to sit at home while they continued to show up late. It was overall a horrible experience and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone."

"Called earlier in the day to inform of what was needed and that I'd swing by later close to closing time. Was assured it was no problem and that the product is available and ready for purchase. Drove an hour and fifteen minutes from North Port, pull up at 5:55pm. 5 minutes until closing time. Gate open and door open, only to be told they can't help me because they already "counted the money for the day". What a joke. Off to the next yard."

"Went for therm a true fiberglass door. Things were very poor at first. Could not get waited on. 84lumber employees just walked by like I was a ghost. I finally got waited on by George a manager in training. I ordered a door and two side lights in beautiful ruby red. He kept me informed about the supplies and I had my door and windows in no time. A caring employee really makes the difference."

"Customer Service is non-existent!! I brought them a set of plans for a window quote. After a week... nothing, so I followed up to the salesman with an email. That was 2 months ago and still nothing. Figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt so I called about ordering materials at 10am today. I was told all the salespeople were with other customers. They took my name and number and said someone would call right back. Well.... here we are. Save yourself the aggravation and spend the few extra bucks at Kimal."
