"Huge waste of 3 weeks of our time. The sales rep, Brian, gave the estimate and was very nice. The install needed to be on a Friday afternoon. The week of our scheduled install I called on Monday and spoke to Marilyn, who does scheduling. Confirmed for Friday after 1:00. When I called on the day of the appointment Marilyn said she had rescheduled for the previous Wednesday and there was no way they could do it on the Friday. I left 3 messages on Brian's cell and 1 at his office number to schedule for the next Friday. Never got a call back. I spoke to Marilyn again who said that they couldn't do the next week either and that she "didn't think they could meet our needs". She took my phone number to pass on to Mr. Miller for a return call but said, "I don't know if he will call you back or not". Obviously they don't want jobs. I called another insulation company and had the work done the next day. Don't waste your time with Miller Insulation. Their customer service is the worst ."

"I havent had work done by you buy if your employees are any indication of the work you guys do, i must very terrrible. I almost got ran off the road by one of your trucks and when i honked my horn and said something your driver threatened to kill me started cursing at me and kept telling me to pull over so he can kick my ass. Wonderful group of people working there right. I really hope you guys fix the problem but until then ill never have work done by you guys"
