"TERRIBLE. Install was a disaster. The floor will need to be completely redone. Moving tiles, grout missing, broken tiles. Customer service is horrible. Will not stand behind their product. This company just wants your money. GARBAGE"

"Sales person was very helpful, lots to choose from but if you buy here have someone else install the flooring. Installers here are incompetent and the installation manager above them is just as bad."

"Our experience started off good and decided on this company for our install of tile. Once we made our deposit, then things changed. Hard to get a hold of our sales person to answer questions and always quick to get off the phone. Definitely no follow up after the sale. Once our materials were delivered and the installation started to begin, it was determined that we did not have enough product to complete the job. After they measured our house, they determined how much product we would need, and obviously the sales person did not order enough. Not one member of the installation crew spoke one word of English and a serious language barrier existed. I had to watch very closely the installation as the crew liked to take short cuts, miss measured, and tried to install broken tiles. Only after numerous calls and complaints, I got a customer service manager come to the house to hear my complaints. After the grout was put down hurriedly, we noticed a glaze/residue that needed to be cleaned. When we scheduled a team for cleaning, only one man showed up to do a 3 person job for 8 hours and was here for only 3 hours and then he was called by the service manager that he was to leave. He stayed another hour and left as he knew the job was not done right. My husband spent the next 6 hours cleaning the floor himself!! The next day, we called the sales manager to address the situation, which he was very reluctant and hesitant to help. We waited 4 months after the job completion to hear from them as regarding the final bill. We then wanted a corrected billing, which we received and paid. If you do use this company, pay close attention to the crew, and be prepared for communication issues. To this date, we have had no follow up from them regarding our complaints or issued that we had."

"Not recommending this place. Salesman had the personality of a pile of dog waste. Couldn't bother with pointing us in the right direction on what flooring we were looking for. We returned the samples, and he couldn't be bothered to ask, how we liked the samples, or if he could help us find anything else. He dropped the ball and we purchased from FLOOR DECOR. OBVIOUSLY, they have enough business, and do not need anymore. Their loss."
