"Buyer beware I’ve been using JB factory carpet for many years between my couple houses, two years ago, I hired them to put new flooring throughout the entire common area of my home. Besides, some minor hiccups they were able to fix any problems that I had, fast forward to almost 2 years later, they closed out the Clearwater store, and I don’t have my paperwork anymore, (i can not locate it) and now I’m starting to get lifting and some of the planks I paid extra to have the old wood floor which took almost 2 days for them to do that. I called JB store got the owner on the phone and he’s claims that he can’t pull up the old computers because they’re not “hooked up anymore” from of the Clearwater store, he says he was going to have somebody work on this to locate my records to accommodate my needs after several phone calls over a six week. Nobody has ever called me back As promised. All I think is just some excuse to not help me out. Don’t tell me your computers net work is not all intertwined with each other, or the Clearwater computers are not hooked up, which seems like a lame excuse. I will never do business with JB ever again. I have been using JB since the ST Pete store opened many many years ago"
