"The people at the counter don't know their products and can't find them on the computer. very frustrating. you could spend 30 minutes there buying a 2x4. It's very common to see their trucks going down the road with a couple items on them. Very inefficient. Its says a lot about the lack of management. I stopped buying from them because of one sales guy."

"If your a heavy truck technician with experience I highly suggest you apply somewhere else. The management is VERY disorganized & they claim to be a “ family company “ when in fact it’s the complete opposite, if a driver asks for current registration & a new DOT inspection for his truck the supervisor gets upset & says to “ just run it “. Don’t be fooled by the promises, work as a heavy truck technician anywhere else, run as fast as you can!"

"A/R people seems very genuine, they smile and welcome you in, making you feel welcomed. However be on the lookout , for disgruntled employees, which you want know who they are until you start asking for help. Better remember everything that is shown to you, they think you are a human computer, and do not reflect on notes while still in the early stage of employment, even though thats why you have them. Crazy"

"Should have paid more attention to the reviews online. I need 3 custom doors for the interior of my home so I went into the store and spoke with Terry or Perry? I believe his name was. Spent a good hour or more with him going over the doors and the options I would like. This was Tuesday of last week. I asked him how long it would take me to get the pricing back for the doors. He told me it should be back by tomorrow (Wednesday Dec 23rd) and he would email them over to me. The order time was going to be about 8 weeks. Since these aren't absolutely needed in the build of my home right now, I was ok with the wait. Here I am a week later, no phone call, no email. I called yesterday and was told an email was being sent out to him to see where we were as I needed to get my order in asap due to the lead time. I might also mention I'm 9 months pregnant so I'm trying to do as much as I can before having a baby. Never heard back. Called again this afternoon and all that was accomplished was I was transferred to about 3 different people and then told again they would send an email. I asked if there was any way to see if a response was made from yesterday's email that was sent and was told sorry, that's not possible. Also was told email was the only way of communication for this guy and he "thinks" he is out of town. I asked if there was anything else I can do, I need these quotes to know how much my doors will be and if this is the company I would like to work with. After this nonsense of no one knowing anything and not even being able to tell me when this guy returns that I worked with, I asked if it would just be a better idea for me to go elsewhere and the guy on the phone told me yes. So thanks for wasting my time ✌ I will be going some where else to spend my money. No urgency what so ever to want to work with me or help me. I might also mention I was the only one in the store. That should of said something."
